Creating Graphics is a fundamental part of building web content, having a basic understanding of Photoshop will help you create web pages quickly without having to rely on outsourcing all the time. Many beginners simply can't afford to outsource so this week I will show you some of the basics of Photoshop.

Once you start to explore Photoshop you will see that it is not as difficult as you first thought, yes it can be a little daunting at first but once you grasp the basics you will start to see how easy it can be to create good graphics. Stay tuned this week for some more basic lessons in how to find your way around Photoshop.

There are literally hundreds of books that teach Photoshop but the best way to learn is simply to explore it, and get curious. Each day this week I will add another tutorial, to show you how I have created some of the Graphics on this website. If you do have anything to add please submit them below, thanks.

Mark Mooney Hi, Mark here thanks for visiting my official Video Blog, I am a full-time Internet Marketer and have now been actively using the Internet as my main source of income since April 2000. After a very successful career in the UK Armed Forces I studied
Marketing at Newcastle University and simply fell in love with the subject. It was at this time while working on a project for the University that focussed on encouraging students to seek work placements within the regional area introduced me to the Internet. This was in November 1998. As a member of the steering committee for that project, I was tasked with identifying and liaising with local businesses, it was this activity that encouraged me to build my own business directory for businesses in my home town and surrounding area of Greater Manchester.

My aim from the outset was to build the Best Local Directory www.havealink.com building this website has given one of the most valuable resource tools you can only imagine, it allows me to study and research TRAFFIC one of the most important factors of Internet Marketing, while also giving me an ongoing link to local business one that also allows me to openly question how they are using the Internet to promote and communicate with their customers, to find out more CLICK HERE
